Salty water

I'm excited to go to the beach tomorrow. It has been a while since the last time we went and my little boy has been wanting to go swimming. I think he's already tired swimming back and forth in his inflatable pool for so many times and from morning until the water gets murky.

I'm not a fan of going to beach myself because there's just something in there that really tires me up. It sucks out all of my energy and makes my hair smell salty. LOL! Plus the unpacking and the wet clothes with sands all over.

But...it's all for my little boy and we are excited. Bags are packed already...so very excited indeed.

Time to hit the sack...but before that, few more pages to read of my Games of Thrones book II.

Pre Birthday scare

On the night before Hubby's birthday...little boy's tummy was hurting. It started in the afternoon after his nap. He said his tummy hurts but he was doing fine so it didn't really concern me.

The night came,  I wanted to sleep early and turned the TV off early too so little boy can sleep. He was tossing and turning and kept complaining often. I rubbed some vicks on his tummy twice and he felt asleep. Hubby and I was watching over him until I fell asleep sitting.

I woke around midnight and tried to transfer him to his bed. That's when he started throwing up and crying about the pain. We went to FIL's house to have him checked....his Auntie checked him too and they bought meds.

He actually pooped after around 5 times trying in the big potty. He was too scared to sit there that I ended up sitting with him in the bowl....and that's when the hell broke loose!

And everything was OK in the world!

Another Burpday

Dear Husband's birthday is tomorrow. It only seemed like yesterday when we celebrated our little boy's 4th birthday and I haven't posted pictures yet here comes another birthday.

I'm going to get the grocery to get the things for tomorrow. We 're having only family and my in-laws closest pals, Pastor Nonoy, his wife and their beloved nephew that my little boy will be so excited to see.

It's raining cats and dogs right now...hoping and Praying for a sunny weather tomorrow.

Miki

We found her at our neighbor's doorstep across the street. She was trembling and too scared. They didn't want to do anything with her. So we took her in and she's happy!!!

Ribbons

I loooove ribbons and I want to collect tons of it. All I have are cheap plain ones since I cannot find the cute type here (the forsaken craft country).

Once at the mall, I found these booth that has all the yummy ribbons I can't take my eyes off...I asked how much per yard (wanting to buy everything). The mall roof collapsed when the sales lady told me it was P75.00 per yards. Are you kidding me? I thought and went home with not a single ribbon in hand.

Then I found a page in Facebook selling ribbons and Ooohhh I was ecstatic. I have to pay shipping fee P100 but it was all worth it for me. Plus, before I decided to buy and pay for the expensive shipping, the seller came up with sets of ribbons that are more cheaper compared to buying them per yard.

And I'm happy to say that they have all arrived. Though it's not everything she was selling because I don't have the budget for all of it, still I am one happy camper!

And it gave me an idea on how to organize my ribbons.


It was like this inside my plastic containers.


I save my excess paper cut outs for future use and they are now finally serving what they've been saved up for.


Pouring everything out...what a mess! Yes, excuse me for simply being messy.


What I have accomplished so far...I'll try to color code next time.

It's a whole LOT better now.

4 years has gone by so swiftly

Normally, you choke on the words you're uttering at that same moment you think of it.

In my case, I choke on my letters as I'm typing this, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR DEAREST BABY BOY".

And I couldn't stop crying as to how thankful we are to have him in our lives after the the labor room announced "Code Blue" after he was pulled out of my sliced open tummy through emergency C section.

It has been a wonderful 4 years and many many more years to spending with our not-so-little-boy anymore.

Each day is a Blessing to be waking up with you, kiss you, hug you, annoy you, get angry with you, feed you and love you to the tiniest atom of your being.

Papang and Mamang loves you soooo muchh CoiCoi...langga langga ni Mamang and Papang!

Last Day of School

We had a little gathering in school since it's their last day today.

Last day to be wearing the green uniform for Nursery. Next year will be blue. I'll miss his cute-ness in green though I know he'd still be super cute in blue.

Done with year one in school....a lot more to go.

One year has gone by so fast and my baby is not so baby anymore.
He's grown so much in one year and he'll be 4 in a couple of weeks.

Friday

Sometimes it's a lot better not to plan things, that way, it's achieved somehow.

Like I've planned too many times to go this place after several months after my last visit and it never happened. I've missed the smell of fresh mowed grass and the sound of the birds and the silence around the grassy place and just everything about that place.

And it never happened for so many reasons.

The other day, I had no plans on doing anything. My little boy was playing outside with the soil of my plants. It just went in my mind to buy gardens oils since my other pots needs refills and he was needing more soils to play with. I asked him to come along and he was eager so we went...on the home, I just went straight ahead to the place I've been meaning to go which was just less than 10 minutes drive from home, imagine that!

The place have changed a little, I didn't know where to park since there was a sign to park somewhere and I was not sure. I just parked on the side of the blocked road like I usually do and waited for the security guard to reprimand me if needed to move the car. There was none, thankfully.

The place was even more nicer...there are horses and the grass looked trimmed. I believe it was the horses everywhere in that area.

It was 4 in the afternoon and my little boy was a little cranky 'coz he's sleepy. But he still managed to give me this pose...a better one compared to the other shotsssss.

I've never been this close to a horse ever since...the closest I am is when I go to The Pioneer Woman's Blog. And they are beautiful!

I'll be back on Friday...uuhhmmm...not! I will not plan, because for me planning = nothing done.

But I'll make sure my camera battery is full everyday....so I can grab it anytime.

Bravenet

Visited my old website today micamania.bravejournal.com and saw my babies photos....I miss the dog so much. Couldn't help but compare him to my current dog Milo...Pupuh is just the best in everything. Milo is a sweet dog too but some kinda autistic. I dunno. But still sweet. Not cute at all but I still like him....he's a sweet dog.

And back to my old blog...I've tried to post. Good thing I still remembered my user and password. When I got logged in...everything looked different and I couldn't find my way around the site to post.

So I'm posting here instead hahahahaha!

Post Valentine Frustration

I love doing crafty things...more so on cutting papers. I have thought of doing something for Vday in my son's school. But since there was no advance notice what they're going to do...I didn't bother thinking it will be a normal day for them.

Come Monday....I usually check their bulletin board after I drop him off his class in the morning. That day...I forgot. And in case I miss out reading in the morning...I never fail to take pictures of the homework and other assignment when I pick him up. That day again, I have completely forgotten to do so. I was totally out in my mind.

And they have announce to make something for their friends and to wear something red!

My little boy wore his usual uniform...green!!!!!!!!!!!

Imagine...GREEN on RED day?!!! I have looked stupid. Other mothers cannot blame the child at this...so all eyes were on me upon getting off the car where everyone was at the gate.

Next year then...there's always the first time and when next year comes....you all wait and see what I can do when I have read the bulletin board! LOL!

Brother/ V-Day

Oh well, I'm so sorry because I have been so busy sewing since I started using my Brother sewing machine....so addictive and I'm hooked!

I want to try the dress tutorials from online blogs, but lets say I've done it...whose gonna wear it? My little boy wouldn't try it on even once I swear. He'd say it's for girls and I can't force him to.

So I guess I'll practice more on sewing pillow cases and the bed spreads and to cut the fabrics straight!

For Valentines Day? We didn't do anything, just the usual day for us. Though we went to the mall to buy the little boy a toy...his Valentines gift. I got Hubby a shirt and we didn't even eat because after we paid for the toy, the little boy started whining, wanting to go home the soonest to play with his new toy. Lesson learned this time, on buying...pay for his item at the end of shopping!

No flowers! Everyone gets flowers. I know I'm not the only one but I have this mixed feeling of wanting to receive and it's ok if not...I don't know. 'Coz flowers wilt and it's kind of just a waste of money whereas if that is converted to something else, then it lasts longer, right?

We'll celebrate on a later date. That's us. It's either before Feb. 14 or after. My then boyfriend (Hubby) don't want to celebrate with everyone and he's reasoning, it's doesn't have to be Valentines day to show someone that you love them. I do agree!

Ciao! Am picking up little boy from school and no class on Friday. PTA meeting...lurve it!

Be a Blogger slash Crafter

I don't know how she does it. I just can't imagine her time management rule and I know works for her, I think.

Of course I'm just talking about the non other famous blogger/crafter Ali Edwards, who else? I believe everyone who scrapbook know her and you'll agree she's amazing and very influential too.

She documents everything everyday and she never runs out of idea.

All I have to say is WOW, truly talented in every way.
